By purchasing a GoSport membership, you agree to these terms. Memberships provide access to sessions, camps, rentals and member benefits. All access is subject to advance booking, availability, operational capacity and fair usage. Membership Structure & Commitment Kids Club Membership (£15): Monthly rolling subscription. Cancel anytime after the first payment month with 30 days’ notice. Adventure Plus and Ultimate Memberships: Minimum 12-month commitment with monthly payments. After the minimum term, membership continues on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Early cancellation during the minimum term is not permitted except in exceptional circumstances (see Section 7). Payments Payments are taken automatically each month on the agreed billing date. If a payment fails, access to sessions and future bookings will be suspended. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation and recovery of outstanding fees. Booking & Attendance All activities must be booked in advance and are subject to capacity limits. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in a £3 late/no-show fee charged to the payment method on file. GoSport reserves the right to amend sessions, locations or timetables where necessary for safety, weather, staffing or operational reasons. Holiday Camp Access (Ultimate Membership) Holiday camp places must be booked in advance and are subject to availability and fair usage. Reasonable booking windows or limits may apply during peak periods to ensure fair access for all members. Conduct, Safeguarding & Safety All activities operate under strict safeguarding and health and safety procedures. Parents/guardians must ensure contact and medical information is accurate and up to date. Failure to follow safety instructions or acceptable behaviour standards may result in suspension without refund. Equipment & Rentals Equipment use is subject to booking and fair usage. Members are responsible for proper care. Loss, misuse or deliberate damage may result in repair or replacement charges. Early Termination (Exceptional Circumstances) Requests for early cancellation during a minimum term may be considered where there is: Permanent relocation outside a 25-mile radius A long-term medical condition preventing participation Significant financial hardship Evidence may be required. Any refund will reflect the value of services already used. Service Disruption (Force Majeure) GoSport is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, harbour restrictions, government requirements or public health guidance. Where possible, alternative sessions or account credit may be offered. Changes to Services or Memberships GoSport may make reasonable changes to timetables, session formats or minor membership benefits. Members will be given reasonable notice of any significant changes.
