Cancellation Policy

Booking Window Bookings open 30 days in advance of each session. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Managing Your Booking All bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled online through your account, subject to availability. We recommend making any changes as early as possible to avoid fees. Cancellations & Late Changes • More than 24 hours’ notice: No charge. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: A £3 late cancellation fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. • No-show (non-attendance without cancellation): A £3 no-show fee will be automatically charged. These fees help us manage staffing and allow other families the opportunity to attend. Waiting List If a session is full, you may join the waiting list. • When a space becomes available, it will be offered in order of the waiting list. • The space will be held for 1 hour. • If not accepted within this time, it will be offered to the next person. Changes by GoSport In the rare event that a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled by GoSport (e.g. severe weather or operational reasons), you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund/credit. Payment Methods We accept: • Credit, debit and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) - card stored on file. By making a booking, you agree to this policy.
