£15 per canoe Take to the water this Christmas and join Santa for a truly magical family paddle! Book a canoe for your family and enjoy a short, festive paddle along the harbour — complete with Christmas music, friendly instructors, and a visit from Santa himself. It’s the perfect way to experience some seasonal sparkle on the water. What’s Included • 1x canoe hire for up to 2 adults and 2 small children (or 3 people) • Supervised festive paddle (approx. 20 minutes) • Meet & greet with Santa mid-paddle • Safety equipment and buoyancy aids provided Important Info • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult • All participants must wear provided buoyancy aids • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session for check-in and briefing • Bring warm clothes, a change of shoes, and festive spirit!

Cancellation Policy
Payment Methods At GoSport Activity Centre the 4 following payment methods are available to pay for goods/services: Credit, debit and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)* Square Card Readers Bank Transfers Cash Klarna Childcare Vouchers *All online card payments are processed through Square Payments, Monzo Banking or the Wix Payment System. Cancellation Policy Cancelling Single Bookings Cancellation 12 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date. You will be reimbursed for the full booking price minus booking and processing fees that are associated with the booking and a discretionary admin fee of 15%. Cancellation between 48 hours and 12 days prior to the agreed activity start date. You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement or a 100% value GoSport voucher (valid for that season). Adjustments can be made at the discretion of a GoSort Director. Cancellation 48 hours or later (last minute) No reimbursements will be issued. Cancellation of Group Bookings If the group cancels a large group booking no refund will be issued if the cancellation is made more than 3 weeks before the course start date. What constitutes a ‘large group’ is up to the discretion of the Directors. Special cancellations GoSport appreciates that some circumstances might be beyond people’s control and make the activity impossible or dangerous such as poor weather conditions or national restrictions. In case of bad weather conditions or other last-minute factors, GoSport can also propose to reschedule the activity. If you cannot attend the proposed date, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement. Can I modify the dates of my booking? On some occasions, you may request a change in the scheduled dates for an activity by emailing info@gosportactivitycentre.co.uk. If the modification is accepted, a new booking summary will be issued and sent to you. GoSport Activity Centre is not obliged to accept changes in date, timings or locations. If the modification request is refused, your request will be treated as a cancellation as per the policy.
