Get ready for a magical day of festive fun by the water! Join us at GoSport Activity Centre for our Santa’s Grotto on the Water — where Christmas meets adventure. Whether you’re coming for a family paddle, a meet-and-greet with Santa, or just to soak up the holiday atmosphere, it’s a day full of festive cheer for all ages. What’s Included in Your Grotto Ticket Meet Santa for a 5-minute private visit inside our beautifully decorated grotto A small festive gift for every child Unlimited access to our £1 land-based activities (no extra payment required once checked in) Access to all festive areas, including crafts, fire-lighting, and games (Wreath-making not included) Festive Activities (£1 for non grotto guests) Running all day for everyone to enjoy! • Christmas-themed archery and axe-throwing • Climbing wall challenges (TBC) • Arts & crafts station • Mini bushcraft and fire-lighting area (with toasted marshmallows) Food, Drink & Festive Fun Warm up between activities with: • Hot chocolate, mulled wine, and festive cocktails • BBQ, hot food, and sweet treats • Indoor seating area to relax and soak up the Christmas cheer • Live music and festive games throughout the day And don’t worry — it’s not just for kids! Adults can join in the £1 activities, relax with a drink from our bar, or simply enjoy the festive market atmosphere. Arrive & Sign In – Check in at reception, collect your child’s wristband and allocated grotto time. 2. Enjoy the Event – Take part in activities, crafts, and games throughout the day. 3. Meet Santa – Visit the grotto during your allocated slot for your festive experience. 4. Relax & Celebrate – Grab a drink, enjoy some food, and make the most of the Christmas atmosphere! Cancellation Policy
Payment Methods GoSport Activity Centre accepts the following payment methods to pay for goods/services: - Credit, debit and prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express)* - Paypal - Square Card Readers - Bank Transfers - Cash - Klarna - Childcare Vouchers *All online card payments are processed through Square Payments, Monzo Banking or the Wix Payment System. Cancellation Policy Cancelling Single Bookings Cancellation 12 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date. You will be reimbursed for the full course price minus Paddle Uk Registration and Processing fees that have already been paid and a discretionary admin fee of 15%. Cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days prior to the agreed activity start date. You are entitled to a 50% reimbursement or a 100% value GoSport voucher (valid for that season). Adjustments can be made at the discretion of a GoSort Director. Cancellation 48 hours or later (last minute) No reimbursements will be issued. Cancellation of Group Bookings If the group cancel a large group booking no refund will be issued if the cancellation is made more than 3 weeks before the course start date. Special cancellations GoSport appreciates that some circumstances might be beyond people’s control and make the activity impossible or dangerous such as poor weather conditions or national restrictions. In case of bad weather conditions or other last-minute factors, GoSport can also propose to reschedule the activity. If you cannot attend the proposed date, you will be entitled to a full reimbursement. Can I modify the dates of my booking? You may request a change in the scheduled dates for an activity by emailing info@gosportactivitycentre.co.uk If the modification is accepted, a new booking summary will be issued and sent to you. GoSport Activity Centre is not obliged to accept changes in date, timings or locations. If the modification request is refused, your request will be treated as a cancellation as per the above policy.
