Do I need any experience?
Children don’t need any previous experience to enjoy our watersports and activities — not even the ability to swim. Our qualified coaches provide full instruction and support, ensuring every child feels confident and safe on the water and on land. Whether it’s their first time paddleboarding or they’re keen to improve their climbing or bushcraft skills, our team tailors each session to their needs. The focus is always on learning, growing and having fun — while gaining skills they can take away for life.
What would I need to bring?
To make sure your child is comfortable and ready for every adventure, please pack:
A warm change of clothes for after activities
A refillable drink bottle and a snack
Water gear (this can be as simple as shorts and a t-shirt)
A wetsuit (optional – we have a limited number available to hire at £10 for the week or £3 per day) we recommend this for this time of year.
A bag to keep everything together
A towel
Two pairs of shoes – one for sports and one to wear in the water
Packed Lunch (we are unable to offer food at Octoboer Camp)
Everything else is included – from buoyancy aids, paddles, boats and boards to all the specialist equipment for climbing, bushcraft, archery and more. Our team will ensure your child is safe, supported and ready to enjoy a full day of adventure.
